When I started my first job in this industry, I really enjoyed that what I learned in school I could finally apply in the real world, and also learn and understand how modern science is impacting healthcare. This is the main reason I chose to continue my journey in this career. Each day I am able to learn something new and explore new vistas in the field of science and technology.

Elegen has done a great job picking considerate, hardworking, highly educated, and kind staff that create such a positive work environment. I love to work with and learn from them, and I know that not only my peers but also management show their trust in me and appreciate my hard work.

What’s your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part of work is seeing how far our process has come since the day I joined and watching it become better every day with the help of highly educated and hard-working teams. I enjoy watching our process move forward from the manual to automation and validating it.
